Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings – November 2026
November 2026
We are delighted to announce our second Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings. This program is designed to deepen your teaching skills if you are already a yoga teacher as well as expand your knowledge and understanding of these powerful practices.
In a modern Western culture that prioritizes productivity, speed, and constant stimulation, practices like Yin and Restorative Yoga are no longer a luxury but a necessity.
Chronic stress, information overload, and relentless busyness keep our nervous systems in a near-constant state of activation, leaving little room for true rest, repair, and integration.
Yin and Restorative Yoga intentionally slow the body and mind, offering a powerful pathway to down-regulate the nervous system, support emotional resilience, and restore balance at a deep physiological level.
This training is not only valuable for yoga teachers wishing to skillfully hold space for rest, but also for anyone seeking sustainable tools for nervous system regulation and cultivating a more grounded, responsive way of living.
Unlike our first edition, this comprehensive training is divided into two modules, allowing you the flexibility to join one or both.
Module 1 – Yin Yoga (50 Hours) led by Elena
- Key principles of Yin yoga
- Intro to Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridian theory
- The Functional Approach
- Yin Yoga Archetypes and postures
- Class sequencing
- Yin Yoga adjustments
- Including pranayama and meditation in Yin Yoga classes
Module 2 – Restorative Yoga (30 Hours) led by Lisa
- Key principles of Restorative Yoga
- Restorative poses and prop mastery
- The science of relaxation and nervous system downregulation
- Teaching Restorative Yoga to different audiences
- Class sequencing
- Gentle adjustments
- Including pranayama and meditation in Restorative Yoga classes
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your teaching toolkit or a dedicated practitioner ready to deepen your personal practice, this training offers the perfect blend of theory and hands-on application.
By the end of the training, you’ll feel confident leading nurturing and balanced classes for students of all levels.
