Yoga & Ayurveda
13 April, 11 May, 25 May

Following last year’s Yoga & Ayurveda workshop, we’re excited to offer three follow-up sessions, each dedicated to one of the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Join Giulia as we explore how to cultivate balance and well-being through the integration of Ayurvedic wisdom and yoga practice.
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of life, teaches us that our well-being depends on balance. At the heart of Ayurveda are the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, representing the elemental forces that govern all that exists, including our physiology and psychology. Each person is born with a unique constitution, or prakriti, determined by the proportion of these doshas. During the course of our lives, the doshas may fluctuate in response to changes in our environment, often bringing us out of balance.
In each workshop, you’ll experience:
- A theoretical part introducing key Ayurvedic principles specific to the dosha
- Practical tools to recognise imbalances in yourself and others, as well as Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition advice that can help to re-establish balance
- A guided yoga practice (asana) designed to balance that dosha
- Take-home materials to support your ongoing practice .
These workshops are open to all—no prior knowledge of Ayurveda required. Whether you join one or all three, you’ll gain valuable insights to harmonize your body and mind through yoga.
