Inside Flow Masterclass

Inside Flow is a modern evolution of Vinyasa Yoga where we synchronise our breath with the movements and the beat of the music. In this practice, we slowly prepare the body for deeper asanas and transitions, and with each song we build up towards a perfectly choreographed sequence fitting a main song.

In Inside Flow, our focus is on fluid transitions rather than on static asanas, creating a true dance flow, matching and embodying the beat of the music.
