Align to Flow, Inside Flow Workshop with Maura PIsanaro

Join guest teacher Maura Pianaro for a deep dive into Inside Flow, where movement meets music, creating a seamless journey from one asana to the next. In sync with the beat, you’ll learn how to flow fluidly and gracefully, focusing on movement without a beginning or end—the path is truly the goal.

Healthy and aligned movement is key to mastering Inside Flow. In this workshop, we’ll focus on refining your alignment and building strength for more confident transitions.

By learning how to position your body correctly through each transition, both your Inside Flow and Vinyasa practice will feel more natural, controlled, and satisfying.

What to Expect:

  • Alignment essentials for key asanas and transitions
  • Techniques for moving smoothly and with purpose
  • Building strength through targeted exercises
  • A culminating Inside Flow sequence to apply what you’ve learned

This workshop is perfect for Inside Flow and Vinyasa lovers at any level, whether you’re just beginning or are looking to deepen your practice.

Get ready to create a unique flow experience for your body, mind and heart.
