For the very first time in Belgium, Inside Flow Teacher Training is coming to The House of Yoga ✨

The training unfolds in two parts: Essentials and Fundamentals I, across 6 days.

Think of them as two steps in the same journey.

Essentials gently introduces the foundations of Inside Flow, creating the space and understanding you’ll need before moving into Fundamentals I, where we’ll explore the practice more deeply. You can join Essential on its own, but we warmly encourage you to experience both modules. Together, they allow you to settle into the practice, build your understanding and truly feel the flow from the inside out.

Whether you’re discovering Inside Flow for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, this is a rare chance to learn, move and connect in a dedicated training setting.

Module 1 – Inside Flow Essentials

For everyone who is curious about Inside Flow. No teaching intention needed, no yoga background required.

You have felt it in a class, or seen it online: a room full of people moving as one, every movement matching the music and the beat. Inside Flow Essentials is where you find out why it works and how it works.

Over two days you go to the root of the practice. You learn the why behind what we do, and you experience the 5 Fundamentals of Inside Flow, the principles that every flow is built on. You practice basic level flows, built step by step in the room and practiced as a whole to the song. Not as theory, but in your own body.

This training is for you if:

💛 You love Inside Flow and want a deeper understanding of it, without any intention to teach. You want to know what actually happens in a class you already love. This is the perfect training for that.
💛 You are thinking about a career as an Inside Flow teacher. Then Essentials is your first gateway. It is the entry point of the Inside Flow path, and everything that follows, from Fundamentals I to the deeper modules, builds on what you learn here.

Module 2 – Inside Flow Fundamentals I

The license module. Four days that turn your love for Inside Flow into the craft of teaching it.

You know what Inside Flow feels like. Fundamentals I is where you learn to give that feeling to others.

Over four days you learn the craft behind a class: how a flow class is structured, how a flow is built step by step in the room and practiced as a whole to the song at the end, and how music carries all of it. You go deeper into the 5 Fundamentals of Inside Flow than in Essentials, and you train the signature skill of every Inside Flow teacher: cueing on the beat, so that every movement matches the music and the beat. Fundamentals I will give you 30 TRCs toward your Inside Flow journey.

What you will learn:

• The 5 Fundamentals of Inside Flow, on a deeper level than in Essentials
• Alignment breakdown for a flow class
• The asana library: the poses you build flows from
• The structure of a class, from the first breath to the final flow practiced to the song
• Music theory: counts, beats and how a song shapes a class
• Cueing on the beat, the skill that defines an Inside Flow teacher
• A complete model class with playlist you can learn from
• At least 4 new basic and intermediate level flows, ready for you to teach

The exam:
The exam is practical. You teach, and we look at one thing above all: your cueing on the beat. No written test, just the craft itself.

What it opens:
After passing, you register as an official Inside Flow teacher. From that moment you can teach Inside Flow classes in your own community. The first licensed teachers in a city all started exactly here.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable €200 deposit is required (deducted from the final amount).

Payment plans are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy: Up to 30 days before the training start date, the tuition (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
